「家族、仕事と健康 － 現在の研究と将来の課題」
3月22日及び23日にオーストラリア国立大学（ＡＮＵ）、国立衛生学・人口保健センターのリンダル・ストラズディンス先生をお迎えしました。
ストラズディンス准教授は仕事と介護、及びその健康や男女平等への影響を研究対象とする心理学者です。ここ数年、ストラズディンス先生は健康の社会的要因としての時間に関する理論を発展させています。その理論では、時間は、社会における権力の構造やジェンダー関係のみならず、人々の健康にも影響を及ぼす資源として理解されています。ストラズディンス先生は論文や著書を100本以上執筆しています。
23日にストラズディンス先生は、オーストラリアにおける就業、家族と健康をテーマとしたセミナーを行いました。人口高齢化・平均寿命延長・グローバル化・ジェンダー関係などが、オーストラリアの労働市場や親が育児に充てる時間に及ぼす影響、また家族と就業の両立に関する諸問題が働く親の精神健康、育児ケアの質、及び子供の精神健康に与える影響を取り上げた幅広く情報豊かな講義をしていただきました。ストラズディンス先生は日本との比較を行いながらオーストラリアの現状を分析し、その上で女性の労働参加の形態と程度、男性による育児の奨励、家庭と仕事の両立に関する対策についての、男女平等や児童の精神健康に配慮した明確な政策提言をまとめ、発表を行いました。
ストラズディンス先生のご滞在中、本プロジェクトの研究者と先生の間で、親子の精神健康を測定するための心理学的な尺度を「仕事と家族の全国調査」に導入する可能性や将来の共同比較研究についての活発な討議が二日間を通して行われました。
「NTAの推計方法について: 所得編」
ＮＴＡ推計についての講演を実施。
４月１４日、東京大学経済研究科棟にて、日本大学の松倉力也助教による国民移転勘定（ＮＴＡ）の推計手順に関する講演が行われました。
大学院生や研究者を対象としたこの講演では、年齢プロファイルの推計やスムージング、年齢プロファイルに人口を掛けた後の再推計など、全国消費実態調査のデータを用いた具体的な推計方法が示されました。
世代重複モデルを用いた社会保障制度分析の概要
本プロジェクトの分担者である明治大学教授の山田智之先生は東京大学経済学研究科にて７月２１日に社会保障制度の分析方法に関する講義を行いました。
山田先生は、アメリカＵＳＣのイムロホログル教授と慶応義塾大学の北尾先生との共著論文の内容を発表し、関連した先行研究の概要も提示しました。この報告では、世代重複モデルを用いて、日本政府が提案する労働力の輸入に関する諸案の財政持続可能性への潜在的影響が、定量的に分析されています。

輪読会
輪読会の概要
輪読会は、大学院生が研究を始めるにあたって、その準備のために読むべき基礎論文を精読することを目的としているゼミである。輪読会は一ヶ月に数回程度開催され、担当の大学院生が主に自分の研究と関連する基礎論文を報告する形式をとっている（自分の研究を報告することもある）。報告を通して、報告者自身がその論文に関する理解を深めるだけでなく、それぞれの参加者の分野以外の知識を増やすことも意図されている。
